Anmerkung
A major song in the musical for Javert, who vows to track down the fugitive Valjean. At the end of it, Gavroche makes a brief appearance and sings a short verse (which shares the same melody as the part sung by Javert when he enters the scene in "Fantine's Arrest"). Most cast recordings of this song however do not include Gavroche's part.
