Can't find anything about this work really, it isn't on IMSLP and I can only find a single recording of it mentioned anywhere (it does appear on a bunch of different edel/Berlin Classics releases). I suspect it is https://catalog.lib.uchicago.edu/vufind/Record/6494659 as there's a youtube upload of the recording titled "Canzona a 8" .
