This is a three-track mini-CD that was included in my retail purchase of "Sing Along With..."

It has been difficult to determine the status. There is no title printed on the disc.
There's nothing in any of the discography info I could find. I couldn't find it on the band's site, nor on Yep Roc's. It doesn't have any catalog numbers or upc codes. Since those match "Sing Along...", I've omitted them here.

It is a professionally pressed and printed disc, includes production credits, and distribution credits to Yep Roc.
